Returns and Refunds
Customers can return any items to us for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. We aren’t able to accept returns on opened drinks unless there’s something wrong with the beer itself. If you want to return something please get in touch with us and we’ll help you get things sorted.
Once your refund has been processed you will be notified via e-mail to confirm your refund has taken place. Please allow between 5-10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
All refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. We don’t cover return costs and are not liable for the parcel until it has been signed for at our warehouse.
Your statutory rights aren’t affected.
