Our new reopening and pub policy

We understand that the following policies/reopening procedures may not be for everyone. Please know that when the time comes where we’re back to normality you’ll still be welcomed with open arms and a nice fresh beer.

Below you will find our current procedures, these will be reviewed weekly.

COMING TO THE PUB

Table service only.
Table bookings only on Friday and Saturdays – thewestendbrewery.co.uk/book
Only members from 2 households at a table at one time – 1hr45 booking slots.
Maintain social distancing of at least 1m (2m where you can).

TRACK AND TRACE

All information will be held in physical copy only and destroyed after 21 days, the information will be submitted to the NHS ​only​ if requested. Otherwise, we will remain in sole control of it. We will not use your data for any reason whatsoever other than track and trace.

COVID-19

No one who has exhibited symptoms within 14 days is to enter the pub.

The above rule also applies to anyone who has been in contact with anyone with symptoms.

We have plenty of hand sanitiser stations dotted around that pub that we encourage you to use. We’ve also installed paper towel dispensers in the toilets for you to dry your hands safely.

Doors will be propped open where possible to reduce touched surfaces. All tables will be disinfected between bookings All public surfaces will be disinfected regularly.

Like everyone we’re a bit new to this, so please bear with us, we’re doing everything in our power to make the WEB a safe and enjoyable place for you all to return to.
